Letter Formation Practice

INTRODUCTION:
This resource was developed to be used either in a classroom setting or in a homeschool setting. The child will learn letter formation step by step, and then have room to practice on their own. I created this resource because I was frustrated by watching my child struggle with worksheets that show all steps for each letter at one time. This can be very confusing for students.

Since letter formation is broken down step by step, this resource is also great for correcting letter formation in students who have bad habits and need to "relearn" how to correctly form certain letters. They must complete each step in forming a letter before going on to the next step.

SOME LETTERS HAVE TWO VERSIONS, so that you can customize the resource to your classroom. The following letters have two versions of the lowercase formation sequence: A, D, P, R, U. Basically, version 1 has fewer strokes (compare to Handwriting Without Tears*) than version 2.
